1. General

❯ I reserve the right to decline any commission or client for any reason.

❯ Rush Fee: If your commission needs to be quickly handled, you may request a rush fee. The rush fee will be +20%-50% of the price of the commission, depending on the urgency and the impact on other ongoing commissions.

2. Commission Process

❯ Upon agreement of the commission and receipt of payment, the artist will begin work according to the agreed-upon timeline and specifications.

❯ Regular updates on the commission progress will be provided to the commissioner. But please feel free to request a WIP at any part of the process.

❯ Any significant changes requested by the commissioner after the initial agreement may incur additional charges and extend the completion timeline.

3. Payment

❯ For illustrations: The commissioner will be sent a sketch to be approved. Payment must be sent within 48 hours (2 days) after the sketch is approved.
❯ For sketch commissions: full payment need to be done before the commission is started.

❯ Refunds: A refund can only be granted if the commissioner requests it before the commission has been started. Once the initial sketch or any substantial portion of the commission has been completed and shared with the commissioner, no refunds will be accepted.

❯ Changes during the Commission: You may request up to 3 minor changes during the sketch and up to 3 minor changes to the final artwork. A fee will be added if the commissions requests additional changes.

❯ Changes after the Commission is finished: if the final artpiece has been approved by the commissioner, the commission is officially finished. If the commissioner request a change after that, the commissioner needs to pay an additional fee about 10-20% of the commission.

4. Usage & Commercial Use

❯ The artist retains the rights to all commissioned artwork, including the right to display, reproduce, and distribute the artwork for promotional purposes. If you do not want your commission to be posted, please message me.

❯ The commissioner may use the commissioned artwork for personal use only, unless otherwise agreed upon with the artist.

❯ Commercial use of commissioned artwork (including but not limited to resale, distribution for profit, or use in commercial products) requires explicit permission and may incur additional fees.

❯ The commissioner may not edit or trace the commission in any way without the Artist’s permission.

❯ The commissioner acknowledges that they have no right to claim or present the commissioned artwork as their own creation.

5. Design Commissions / Adoptables

❯ Resell of Adoptables: You can’t resell an adoptable design for more than what you paid, but may add the cost of commissioned art. Trading and gifting are both permitted.

❯ In case of resell, the commissioner needs to inform the new owner of the artist's terms of service.

❯ I do not accept refunds on designs/adoptables.

In the event of a breach of these Terms of Service, including but not limited to unauthorized commercial use, editing, or tracing of the commissioned artwork without the artist's permission, the artist reserves the right to take appropriate legal action to enforce the terms and protect their rights.
